Function getToggleState

Returns a ToggleState object that is connected to the backend WebToggleButtonRelay object that was created with the same name argument.

To register a WebToggleButtonRelay object create one with the right name and add it to the WebBrowserComponent::Options struct using withOptionsFrom.
